Dear Friends,
Nothing is more beneficial than meditating and working in the blessing stream of our Lama. We could feel that during the 72 hours retreat of taking Refuge and Developing the Enlightened Attitude, more than 40 friends were joyfully keeping the mediation going non-stop for three days.
This year most of the participants were on their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds of prostrations with friends boosting their 1st round of Ngondro!
